~The Auto Alliance invites experts from various fields including Kumamoto University, conducts comparative research and analysis of domestic and global auto aftermarkets, and utilizes the results to solve social problems and to revival the auto aftermarket industry. ~

On July 7, 2018, The Auto Alliance announced of the “Auto Aftermarket Strategy Association (ASA)” and invited Kenichi Togawa, Ph.D., director of the Center for Environmental Safety, Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Kumamoto University, Mr. Takao Shirayanagi, President of the Automotive Information Center Co., Ltd., and Mr. Hiroshi Yamauchi, Managing Director of the Kumamoto Ryutsu-Danchi Cooperative Association to become members of this association.

Along with the above-mentioned, we decided to make a contribution of scholarship donation to Kumamoto University from the Auto Alliance for the purpose of developing human resources and the regional economy.

2. Promote open innovation by positively inviting experts from various fields.
3. Share outcomes to stakeholders in accordance with ASA regulations.

【Activities Purpose】

ASA was established on July 7, 2018 aiming at the formulation and practice of a strategic vision to contribute to the revitalization of the industry.
Through that activity, we will adapt to market changes due to technological and other innovations, and also will establish ecosystems and platforms suitable for internationalization, inter-industrialization and informationalization, and provide necessary services for next-generation mobility.
